Planning
The Parish Council is a statutory consultee on the Planning & Licensing Applications in the parish that will be decided by the Unitary Council as the Local Planning Authority (LPA). It has the right (separate from supporters & objectors) to speak at the LPA planning meetings.
The Parish Council is the qualifying body to undertake Neighbourhood Development Planning (a bottom up approach to planning policy).
