Full Council
Full Council
The full Council is made up of all 7 Councillors. As the main decision making body, it is here that the polices are made (i.e. the framework within which decisions are made), and the finances controlled (e.g. the annual budget, the Precept (local tax) demand, budget variances, internal and external audit).
The full Council appoint the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Council, agree the employment of their Clerk, agree terms of reference and membership of any Committees, and carry out a number of strategic/corporate management functions.
