Defibrillators

The Parish Council has funded three Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) for public use in an emergency. They are Zoll AED Plus semi-automatic devices, that talk the user through how to use them.
These are checked and maintained by the East Midlands Community First Responders (EMCFR), who are a group of qualified volunteers that provide emergency response to 999 calls. They are trained by the East Midlands Ambulance Service (EMAS), but are self-funded.
